The
Holiday Ice Company Ltd. Est. 1974 currently uses DigicentriQ
Technologies
next-generation business automation software suite (called the
DigicentriQ Small
Business Suite) to track and manage production and inventory of ice.
This software system is made up of three important modules:
Inventory Management:
This module keeps track of Holiday Ice’s entire inventory of Ice
bags.
It
tracks inventory levels ice within all of The Holiday Ice Company
warehouses.
This module works hand in hand with the Accounting and Customer
Relationship
Management (CRM) module in order to make sure that customer orders
are in line
with inventory levels.
Accounting & General
Ledger:
This module tracks and records all transactions performed by The
Holiday Ice Company.
It
manages accounts receivables and payables for orders of ice with
customers.
This module also has a customer web-portal, which works hand in hand
with the customer
relationship management module to enable Holiday Ice customers to
place purchase orders
into the system. This module also generates accounting related
reports such as cashflow
analysis, profit & loss statements, and statement of accounts only
to name a few.

Customer Relationship Management:
This
module tracks all of Holiday Ice’s customers. This module helps
Holiday Ice
track its
customer’s history and offer customer support services – such as
emails of the status of customer orders, electronic payment of and
much more. This module works hand in hand with the Accounting and
General Ledger module as well as with the Inventory Management
module.
